Coatings . . . Our molybdenum PLASMA FLAME SPRAYED AND HVOF (high velocity oxygen fuel) type of plasma flight coatings are field proven to be of the highest quality and wear resistance. Our "Moly" coating is hard, dense, tough, and smooth. It also has self-lubricating characteristics and makes a hard-bearing surface that extends wear life. We have developed proprietary processes and new innovation in jigging procedures to give you top quality INDUSTRIAL HARD CHROME PLATING on your screws. Our proprietary tungsten carbide, cobalt and nickel-based coatings for flight overlay are applied using the PTA (PLASMA TRANSFER ARC) Welding System. The coating procedures ensure consistency in coating deposition. They produce coatings that are very strong, hard and ductile with uniform particle dispersion.
